Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Shop Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a clean and organized shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner 
• Help customers locate products and provide recommendations 
• Handle sales transactions and issue receipts 
• Arrange and restock shelves as needed 
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shop 
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages 
• Ensure proper labeling and pricing of goods 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) 
• Previous experience in retail or sales is an added advantage 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Honest, reliable, and hardworking 
• Ability to work under minimal supervision 
• Basic numeracy skills 
• Should be between 20 and 30 years of age
• Should be from around Lilongwe
