Habitat for Humanity Malawi (HFHM), an integral affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, is a non-profit Christian organization committed to enhancing housing conditions across Malawi. Since its establishment in 1986, HFHM has enabled over 133,600 individuals to secure safe and decent housing. Operating under the vision of “A Malawi where everyone has a decent place to live,” HFHM manages its head office in Area 14, Lilongwe, with active programs extending to Lilongwe, Blantyre, Zomba, Thyolo, Mulanje, Dedza, and Mzuzu.
Habitat for Humanity Malawi is recruiting Construction Supervisors to support its ongoing projects focused on constructing homes for vulnerable populations.
This recruitment initiative is part of the organization’s strategic strengthening and realignment process, aligning with its new Country Strategy for 2025–2030. The strategy prioritizes three key areas:

| Job Summary | The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of construction activities for assigned projects. This role ensures all construction work is meticulously supervised, coordinated, and completed in accordance with organizational standards, national construction regulations, and project-specific criteria for structural and environmental sustainability. A strong emphasis will be placed on preventing groundwater contamination and depletion, alongside delivering high-quality, durable construction outcomes. |
