About

Sunbird Hotels and Resorts, Malawi’s largest hotel chain and listed on the Malawi Stock Exchange, is seeking highly motivated graduates to join its Management Trainee Program. This structured development initiative is designed to identify and groom future leaders across all areas of hotel management, offering a pathway to shaping the future of the hospitality industry.

Program Overview

Successful candidates will undergo an intensive 12-month hands-on rotational training program covering the full spectrum of hotel operations. Upon successful completion of the local training phase, trainees will proceed to an additional 12 months of international exposure and certification designed to broaden their professional experience and leadership capabilities. At the end of the program, high-performing trainees will be considered for appointment into substantive middle-management positions within the Group.
