Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Regional Sales Representatives to become part of our innovative team. The successful candidates will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the effective retention of existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and skillfully negotiate contracts.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, actively managing account retention strategies.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure the consistent delivery of service excellence.
• Supervise assigned staff members effectively.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and provide valuable sales insights to management.
• Achieve daily sales targets and contribute significantly to the company's overall growth objectives.

Key Requirements

• Possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrate strong abilities in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Knowledge of logistics and shipping processes is considered a valuable asset.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven sales experience, supported by a High Diploma or higher qualification in business or marketing.
