Chef: 2 Positions

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all culinary creations are expertly cooked and presented attractively.


• Innovate and develop new recipes and menu offerings.


• Maintain a kitchen environment that is consistently clean, organized, and safe.


• Assist in managing daily food preparation, inventory, and minimizing waste.


• Accommodate diverse guest preferences and dietary requirements.


• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and timely meal preparation.


• Manage inventory levels and control food costs effectively.


• Undertake administrative tasks as required.


• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Possession of a JCE Certificate or equivalent; MSCE and relevant certificates are advantageous.


• A minimum of two years of experience working in a commercial kitchen setting.


• Proficiency in food safety and sanitation practices.
