7Arts Homes is seeking an experienced and proactive AirBnB Operations Manager to oversee its growing rental portfolio across multiple cities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, property standards, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations for all rental units across multiple cities.
- Manage guest communication and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and logistics teams.
- Monitor occupancy and support revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and brand standards.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Report regularly to management on performance and challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Hotel, Lodge Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in hospitality or property management.
- Experience managing multiple properties across different cities.
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Knowledge of PMS and channel managers such as Guesty or Cloudbeds.
Skills
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Willingness to travel between cities.
