Role Overview

This role is crucial for inspiring high school students, developing their critical thinking, and preparing them for academic success in both national and international assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Instruct students in Physics and Mathematics across various high school grades.
• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that adhere to international curricula.
• Evaluate student progress, maintain records, and provide detailed reports.
• Cultivate an inquisitive and problem-solving classroom environment.
• Engage in extracurricular activities and contribute positively to the school community.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a specialization in Physics and a minor in Mathematics.
• Possess a valid license from the Teachers Council of Malawi (TCM).
• Have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the high school level.
• Exhibit excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Experience with the Cambridge Curriculum is considered an asset.
