JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business acquisition and managing client relationships. This role works closely with the Operations team and the Technical Team to ensure smooth on-boarding and client satisfaction while meeting set sales targets.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

  • Identifying and researching potential clients through cold calling and referrals
  • Conducting surveys for prospective clients to assess security needs
  • Handling all client and sales-related queries
  • Troubleshooting client issues and providing solutions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business

Sales and Business Development

  • Promoting and selling the company’s security products and services
  • Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Negotiating pricing, contracts, and terms in consultation with management
  • Converting leads into paying clients and meeting sales targets
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to grow the client base

Reporting and Collaboration

  • Submitting reports on sales activities, performance, and client feedback to management
  • Tracking sales performance against set targets
  • Working closely with the Technical team to ensure timely and quality service delivery related to installations and onboarding

Market Awareness

  • Monitoring competitor activities and industry trends
  • Identifying new business opportunities within the market
  • Managing social media and converting leads to sales.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within security or related industries

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in managing client relationships, procurement, and technical teams

  • Proven ability to meet sales targets
