JUNIOR SCHEDULER (KAMUZU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT – LILONGWE)

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill in the position of Junior Scheduler based at Kamuzu International Airport (KIA). The position holder will be reporting to the Head of Flight Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plans short and long term crew availability to meet the airlines’ level of operation
• Develop and implements flight and cabin turn patterns to ensure optimum crew utilization
• Release the crew name list and supervises the transmission of the same to the immigration authorities for the flight and general declaration of each flight
• Ensure strict adherence to the safety and security standards of Malawi Airlines

Qualifications and Work Experience

• Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration/Management or equivalent from recognized institution
• MSCE
• At least 2 years’ experience
• Candidates with statistics and computer knowledge will have added advantage
• High level proven integrity
