Design and Printing PLUS, established in January 2019 and led by a seasoned Japanese professional with over two decades of graphic design expertise, is dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and punctuality. Our mission, "Changing Malawi through Design," drives us to offer comprehensive marketing and design services to international organizations, NGOs, and leading Malawian companies. We are also preparing to launch a Design Hub next year as part of our commitment to nurturing Malawi's creative sector.

As our business expands, we are seeking a passionate and motivated Graphic Designer eager to excel in the international design arena.

Role Responsibilities:

The Graphic Designer will be instrumental in developing creative concepts, engaging with clients, presenting design ideas, executing design work, and contributing to photography, videography, and printing production activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MSCE or equivalent qualification


• Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign


• Knowledge of photography and videography principles


• Familiarity with video editing techniques


• Fluency in both English and Chichewa

Desirable Skills:

• Understanding of printing processes


• English writing proficiency


• Possession of a driver's license
