- Education & Experience: The candidate must have relevant qualifications and experience in sales or agriculture-related work.
- Teamwork and Discipline: The candidate must work professionally with the team and follow company procedures.
- Reporting Skills: The candidate must prepare accurate sales and field activity reports.
