Chima Online Academy is a digital secondary school designed specifically for Malawian students preparing for the Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) examination. The academy primarily supports Forms 3 and 4 students, especially those enrolled in Open and Distance Learning (ODEL) programs who need access to quality and structured online tuition. Services offered include: Live interactive classes via Moodle, Recorded video lessons, Virtual science laboratory sessions, MSCE past papers and e-books, and Affordable and flexible study packages.

Job Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving student enrollment through direct outreach, cold calling, and follow-up. This is a target-based, commission-only role suited for confident and results-driven individuals.

The Role

• Lead Engagement & Cold Calling: Make 50–80 calls daily to prospective students using provided leads, clearly explain the academy’s packages, and invite prospects to attend free live classes where necessary.
• Follow-Up & Conversion: Follow up with students and parents to encourage enrollment, handle objections professionally and close sales, and achieve a minimum target of 10 student enrollments per month.
• CRM & Reporting: Record all calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM, track performance against monthly targets, and maintain accurate records and progress reports.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field is an added advantage.
• Fluent in English and Chichewa.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and spreadsheets.
• Must own a smartphone with reliable internet access.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Remuneration

Commission-Based Only

• K5,000 commission per enrolled student for 2 months.
• Example: 30 students = K300,000.
• Payments made within 7 days after student payment.
