The Glam Loft is seeking a friendly, fashion-forward, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Boutique Sales Lady. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner.


• Provide detailed product information and offer personalized style recommendations.


• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately across various payment methods (cash, mobile money, POS).


• Ensure the boutique is consistently clean, organized, and inviting.


• Arrange and restock merchandise to maintain visually appealing displays.


• Support stocktaking processes and assist with inventory management.


• Promote new arrivals and highlight ongoing special offers to customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possession of a Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Previous experience in retail or boutique sales environments is advantageous.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.


• Must be honest, reliable, and maintain a professional presentation.


• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, is required.
