Key Duties

• Provide ICT and technical support for client systems.
• Manage websites, domains, and hosting.
• Assist with ERP, HRM, LMS, PQS, and school systems.
• Handle installations, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with management on ongoing tech projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of computer systems, software, and networking.
• Experience with web hosting, emails, cPanel, or WordPress is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn and travel, and support clients.
