Farm Manager Vacancy
Location: Kapiri, Mchinji District, Malawi
PBM Farms is expanding its commercial agricultural operations and is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to join our team. We are currently advertising for a Farm Manager position.
PBM Farms is looking for a mature, disciplined, and hands-on Farm Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of the farm.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in both agronomy/crop production and animal husbandry/livestock management.
- Proficiency in supervisory and farm operations management.
- Ability to effectively manage staff, production schedules, record-keeping, and farm resources.
- Previous experience in irrigation, mechanization, or commercial farm management will be considered an asset.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
- More than 10 years of experience will be an advantage.
