Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions for accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and expiry dates.
• Order and restock medicines and supplies.
• Guide patients on medication use, dosage, and side effects.
• Follow pharmacy regulations and patient privacy policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent; Pharmacy Technician certification preferred.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.
• Valid registration with the Malawi Poisons Board.
