Kitchen Porter

About

Ekhaya Luxury Resorts, a subsidiary of Ekhaya Group of Companies based in Mangochi, is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the Kitchen Porter position.

Key Duties

• Support chefs with basic food preparation.
• Maintain basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene standards, cleaning procedures, and food safety practices.

Qualifications

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment, including standing for long periods and handling heavy kitchen equipment.
