Role Description


Milanzi Interiors is looking for an experienced HR and People Manager to foster a high-performance culture across both its Lilongwe and Blantyre branches. This pivotal role will encompass managing employee performance, overseeing recruitment processes, driving staff development initiatives, ensuring adherence to company policies, implementing accountability systems, and nurturing a positive workplace culture. The aim is to ensure all employees are motivated, aligned with company standards, and operating efficiently.


Primary Responsibilities



  • Oversee comprehensive Human Resource management functions.

  • Implement and manage effective Performance Management systems.

  • Lead employee development programs and cultivate a strong company culture.

  • Provide essential support for operations and administration.


Minimum Qualifications



  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • At least five years of relevant experience in HR or administration roles.

  • Strong leadership acumen and excellent people management skills.

  • Superior communication and organizational capabilities.

  • Experience in managing performance systems and shaping workplace culture.

  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism.
