Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished and energetic Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily sales and marketing operations, including the design and execution of marketing strategies. The ideal applicant will possess a strong background in customer service, excellent decision-making capabilities, and a commitment to optimizing sales performance and maximizing profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Execute business transactions, directly driving sales.
• Generate new sales leads and prospects.
• Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.
• Coordinate sales initiatives effectively with broader marketing programs.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and data.
• Address client inquiries regarding credit terms, product pricing, and availability.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Diploma in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or any relevant business discipline; a Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated track record of success as a sales professional.
• Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal abilities.
