GENERAL MANAGER

About the Role

Lead the development and daily operations of a hospitality and retreat destination, driving commercial growth, exceptional guest experiences and long-term financial sustainability while supporting a wider social mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hospitality operations, facilities and service delivery.
• Drive sales, bookings, partnerships and revenue growth.
• Manage budgets, costs and financial performance.
• Build and lead a high-performing operational team.
• Maintain excellent guest experiences and stakeholder relationships.

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including senior leadership and financial accountability.
• Proven experience in hospitality, hotels, lodges, conference facilities or similar operations.
• Strong commercial, sales, financial management and people leadership skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven and comfortable building systems in a developing operation.
• Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Tourism, Entrepreneurship or a related field is advantageous.
