Job Opportunity

SM Enterprise is seeking to hire qualified and motivated individuals to fill the positions of Shop Manager and Shop Assistant for their Mchinji Depot. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing business in the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions.
• Sell agro-inputs and related agricultural goods.
• Maintain accurate sales records and manage receipts.
• Ensure the shop is kept clean, well-stocked, and organized.
• Report on low stock levels and address customer needs to supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum education requirement is MSCE (or higher is advantageous).
• Experience or qualification in sales or agro-inputs is preferred.
• Strong communication and fundamental math skills are essential.
• Candidates must be reliable, honest, and customer-focused.
• Familiarity with the Mchinji area is required.
• Academic certificates are compulsory, and an updated CV and reference letters (if available) are optional.
