Dwello is looking for a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our growing property and real estate development platform on a freelance, project-by-project basis.

We are looking for someone who can transform ideas, spaces and property requirements into functional, modern and visually appealing architectural designs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop residential house concepts and floor plans
• Produce professional 2D architectural drawings
• Create 3D models and realistic exterior/interior renders
• Develop site layouts and property development concepts
• Modify designs according to client requirements
• Work on custom residential projects and Dwello's own house designs
• Attend site visits when required
• Collaborate with surveyors, engineers and other professionals where necessary
• Deliver high-quality work within agreed project timelines

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and/or other architectural design software
• Experience with 3D modelling and rendering is highly desirable
• Good understanding of building construction and residential design
• Creative eye for modern and practical designs
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and attention to detail
• A strong portfolio of previous work is highly valued.

Engagement:

This is a FREELANCE / PER-PROJECT OPPORTUNITY.

Successful applicants will be engaged and paid based on individual projects assigned by Dwello.

There is potential for consistent project work as Dwello expands its architectural and property development services.
