The Opportunity

CP is seeking a qualified Laundry Manager to oversee laundry operations and maintain hygiene standards. This role involves managing staff, ensuring quality control, and maintaining equipment to deliver high-quality laundry services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, and pressing.
• Supervise and train laundry staff to ensure productivity and quality standards.
• Monitor the use of detergents, chemicals, and linen.
• Ensure proper maintenance and use of laundry equipment.
• Implement and enforce hygiene, safety, and quality control procedures.
• Handle scheduling, workload distribution, and performance management.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of laundry operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in laundry operations or a similar supervisory role.
• Degree in Hygiene and Sanitation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and chemical handling.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
