Job Summary

We are urgently seeking a committed and skilled Fleet Management Officer to join our vibrant and innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all fleet operations, ensuring the efficient, safe, and cost-effective management of company vehicles. This role requires strict adherence to company procedures and duties performed with precision, accountability, and meticulous attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet operations, ensuring continuous vehicle availability.
• Schedule and oversee all vehicle maintenance and repair activities.
• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and overall vehicle performance.
• Ensure full compliance with all road safety regulations and legal requirements.
• Supervise drivers and enforce adherence to company policies.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive fleet records and reports.
• Investigate vehicle accidents and coordinate necessary repairs and insurance claims.
• Optimize vehicle utilization to reduce operational costs and enhance efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• A Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or a closely related field.
• Proven professional experience in fleet or transport management.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and road safety regulations.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and GPS systems.
• Strong organizational and effective communication skills.
