Nthawi Woodworks is looking for a Sales & Customer Relations Assistant (Remote) to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who can help us make sure no serious customer inquiry goes cold.

Key Duties

• Following up on customer inquiries and leads
• Calling and communicating with prospective customers
• Helping convert inquiries into confirmed orders
• Following up on deposits and outstanding balances
• Keeping accurate records of leads, orders and completed sales
• Promoting our products through relevant online groups
• Reaching out to potential individual and corporate customers

Qualifications

• Confident, organised, persuasive and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Good telephone etiquette.
• Ability to follow through until a sale is closed.
• Must have your own laptop, good smartphone and reliable internet connection.
• Experience in sales, customer service or marketing is an advantage, but we’re equally interested in someone with the right attitude, communication skills and hunger to sell.
