AMBULANCE DRIVER

About

Provide safe, reliable and timely ambulance transport for patients, medical staff and emergency supplies. Ensure the ambulance is clean, roadworthy, equipped and ready for emergency response.

Key Duties

• Provide safe, reliable and timely ambulance transport for patients and staff.
• Ensure the ambulance is clean, roadworthy, equipped and ready for emergency response.
• Support medical personnel during transfers while maintaining safety and confidentiality.
• Demonstrate knowledge of road safety, vehicle checks and basic maintenance.

Qualifications

• MSCE or equivalent.
• Valid driver's licence – Class C1; PG Category.
• Defensive driving certificate.
• First aid training is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of driving experience, preferably including ambulance or emergency transport.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work shifts or be on call.
