Position: Early Childhood Educator/Teacher Assistant

Age Limit: 25 to 30 years

St. Jay International Christian Academy is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Early Childhood Educators/Teacher Assistants. This role is crucial in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children.

Qualifications:

• Certificate in Early Childhood Development (ECD).

Preferred Attributes:

• Must be a born-again and practicing Christian.


• Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children.


• Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning atmosphere.


• Fluent in spoken and written English.


• 1 to 2 years of teaching experience; experience with Abeka and Cambridge curricula is an advantage.


• Self-starter with a positive and engaging personality.


• Enthusiastic about teaching and continuous learning.


• Computer literate.


• Residing in Mulanje or willing to relocate at own expense.

Salary: 75,000 MWK to 100,000 MWK (tax-free), commensurate with experience and qualifications.
