SAYIWE MICROFINANCE LIMITED is inviting applications from suitably qualified, motivated, and hardworking individuals to fill the position of Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and process loan applications.
• Conduct client interviews and credit assessments.
• Identify and recruit potential borrowers.
• Monitor loan repayments and follow up on outstanding loans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Conduct field visits and client monitoring.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Promote SAYIWE MICROFINANCE loan products and services.
• Prepare regular loan and client reports.
• Ensure compliance with company lending policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• MSCE and Diploma in any related Field.
• Previous experience in microfinance, banking, sales, or credit management will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Honest, hardworking, and results-oriented.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel within Lilongwe.
