About AHFB

African Health Facilitation Bridge (AHFB) is a regional coordination and implementation support platform working to improve patient access to quality healthcare services across Sub-Saharan Africa.

Position Summary

AHFB is seeking a mature, professional, and relationship-oriented individual to support strategic engagement and relationship development with government institutions, partners, healthcare organizations, and key stakeholders.

The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and a good understanding of stakeholder engagement dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Support relationship development with Ministries of Health, healthcare institutions, NGOs, and partners.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and engagement activities.
• Support meetings, presentations, and institutional discussions.
• Represent AHFB professionally during selected engagements.
• Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities.
• Support institutional relationship continuity.

• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Able to work independently and flexibly.

Work Conditions

Compensation

Compensation will depend on experience and scope of responsibilities. The arrangement may include a monthly retainer, engagement-based incentives.
