Wala is a growing clean energy company committed to providing innovative solar solutions to smallholder farmers. We are expanding our team to better serve communities and drive positive impact in Mchinji and beyond. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join us as a Sales Associate based in Mchinji.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell Wala's solar energy products and services to customers in Mchinji district.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Identify potential customers and opportunities through market research and community engagement.
• Provide detailed and accurate sales reports to management on a regular basis.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements

• Certificate in Business related field.
• At least 1 year experience in sales or a related role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Chichewa.
• Must have a smartphone.
• Applicants must be residents of Mchinji.
