HR & ADMINISTRATOR
Pyramids Development & Investments Ltd is a construction firm specializing in building materials, modern decorative paints, and interior design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Manage the smooth running of daily administrative operations and general office management.
- Address employee relations matters, monitor performance, and ensure the effective implementation of HR policies.
- Coordinate scheduling, manage correspondence, and facilitate internal communications.
- Ensure the company remains compliant with all relevant labor laws and internal policies.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative capacity.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach and a professional demeanor.
