Woodlands Hotel & Resort is looking for a hardworking, friendly, and customer-focused Waiter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the restaurant and service areas.
• Respond to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Main Requirement

The applicant must reside within or near Lilongwe City Centre. Preference will be given to applicants who live close enough to report for duty reliably, including early morning or late shifts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a waiter is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant and professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Good personal hygiene and appearance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays.
