Agro Solutions Limited, operating an Auto Parts Division in Blantyre, Limbe, invites applications for the position of Sales Executive.
We are seeking a suitably qualified individual to join our team in Limbe.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Assist clients in identifying the correct spare parts, respond to inquiries, and offer technical guidance.
- Sales Activities: Promote and sell a comprehensive range of motor vehicle spare parts and accessories, engaging customers both in-store and through potential outside sales calls.
- Inventory and Stock Management:
- Monitor inventory levels, initiate new part orders via the CEO, and maintain precise stock records.
- Manage the receipt and dispatch of spare parts deliveries.
- Proactively prevent stock shortages within the shop.
- Organize and display merchandise attractively on shelves to enhance customer engagement.
- Order Processing: Provide essential information to the CEO for accurate customer order processing and supplier coordination.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture robust personal relationships with both internal and external clientele.
- Technical Knowledge and Support:
- Remain informed about current motor industry trends, new products, and features of latest vehicle models.
- Educate customers on the functionalities and advantages of various parts.
- Shop Maintenance and Safety: Uphold daily cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure a secure, safe, and healthy shop environment.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Execute any other tasks as directed by the Director on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Malawi Schools Certificate of Education (MSCE) coupled with a General Fitting Certificate in Motor Vehicle Mechanics.
- A minimum of three years of experience in either auto parts sales or motor vehicle repairs.
