  • Dwangwa Academy is actively seeking to expand its Teaching Department with qualified, dedicated, and experienced professionals.

  • A. TEACHER POSITIONS


  • Interested candidates should possess the qualifications to teach at least one of the following subject combinations:


    • English Language and Literature

    • Chichewa Language and Literature

    • Mathematics and Physics

    • Biology and Physics

    • Social Studies and Life Skills


  • Requirements for Teachers:


    • A minimum of a Diploma in Education, with a major in the relevant subject area.

    • A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience for Diploma holders, or 2 years for Bachelor's Degree holders.

    • Current registration with the Teachers Council of Malawi.

    • Candidates should be between 25 and 50 years of age.

    • Basic computer literacy is required.

    • Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

    • Demonstrated success in preparing students for National Examinations.


  • B. TEACHER INTERNS


  • Dwangwa Academy is offering valuable practical teaching experience opportunities for recent teacher graduates.

  • Internship Subjects Available:


    • English

    • Chichewa

    • Life Skills

    • Business Studies


  • Requirements for Interns:


    • A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Education, majoring in the subject applied for, obtained from an accredited institution.


  • Note: This is an unpaid internship position. A modest monthly stipend will be provided.
