Key Duties

• This is a four months contract job, and the successful candidates will, among other things, be required to carry out Off Crop maintenance work in the Factory.
• Carries out fabrication work in the Factory.
• Adhere to Illovo's procedures, policies and guidelines, including, without limitation, those relating to SHERQ, Competition Law and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC).

Qualifications

• Level 3 TEVET Certificate.
• Grade One National Trade Test in Welding & Fabrication, a related field, or Advanced Craft Malawi Certificate.
• Malawi School Certificate of Education.
• Have undergone indentured Apprenticeship.
• Three years' experience in a busy manufacturing industry.
• Those who have worked in the Sugar Industry before will have an added advantage.
