One Water Village is actively seeking a MEL Cycle Specialist to enhance our team.

Position Title: MEL Cycle Specialist
Required Qualification: BSc in a relevant field
Work Location: Lilongwe City, with required travel to project sites

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement MEL frameworks.


• Oversee and manage data management systems.


• Lead and conduct project evaluations.


• Facilitate and promote evidence-based learning initiatives.


• Perform comprehensive data analysis and disseminate findings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrates maturity and a professional approach.


• Possesses strong technical skills in data management and analysis.


• Exhibits excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.


• Is an adaptive and proactive learner.

Additional Skills (Advantageous):

• Practical experience with GIS and Remote Sensing techniques.


• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.


• Experience in project design.
