2027 BOARD OF DIRECTORS VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

United Civil Servants SACCO is seeking qualified individuals to join its Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee for 2027. These are voluntary roles requiring a commitment of time and dedication.

General Eligibility and Application Process

• Open to all registered members of United Civil Servants SACCO.


• Must possess an understanding of the SACCO Business Philosophy.


• Membership duration must exceed 24 months (2 years).


• Applicants must be in good financial standing with no outstanding obligations (loans, share contributions).


• A clean criminal record is mandatory.


• A minimum of the Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) is required, demonstrating proficiency in English (spoken and written). Diplomas or degrees are advantageous.


• All candidates will undergo screening by the Regulator – RBM – to ensure suitability for directorial roles.
