Project Overview

This initiative aims to thoroughly document and understand the existing frontend and backend infrastructure, along with the core systems supporting a National Registration and Identification System (NRIS). This will specifically involve the National ID and Civil Registration and Vital Statistics components. The project will conduct a detailed "As Is" assessment, encompassing system architecture, data flows, operational procedures, integrations, and the underlying infrastructure. This project is potentially sponsored by the World Bank.

Required Expertise

A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is essential.

This specialist will be responsible for evaluating the system's security and communication layers. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of seven years of professional background in network architecture, cybersecurity frameworks, and secure enterprise communication.


• Proven proficiency in firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption standards, access control mechanisms, network segmentation, and monitoring tools.


• Familiarity with globally recognized cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or equivalent.


• Experience in assessing or designing secure environments for governmental or critical infrastructure systems.
