St Thomas Square a night club in Chikwawa boma is inviting qualified, highly motivated and well experienced persons to apply for the following positions based at Dyeratu Trading Centre:

1. SUPERVISOR

The supervisor will be responsible:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the St Thomas Square and Lodge.

• Communicating organisational needs and oversee employee’s performance.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.

• Creating and maintaining a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere to all customers.

• Conducting daily stock for the bar and kitchen.

• Assist in the procurement of food and beer for the Square.

• Ordering the out-of-stock.

QUALIFICATION

• Diploma in Business Administration/Diploma in Accounting/Diploma in hotel management

• Malawi school certificate of education

• Two years working experience
