Oversee full compliance with Group Mandatory Security Procedures in close collaboration with the General Manager - Cash Solutions.
Perform and document rigorous daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspections, escalating defects promptly and managing corrective actions.
Enforce strict adherence to CIT Operating Limits, vehicle management protocols, and fuel efficiency targets across crews and supervisors.
Lead internal investigations into cash losses, procedural violations, and Road Traffic Accidents (RTAs), submitting high-level reports to executive management.
Audit regional operations to identify and implement improvements in fuel and fleet efficiency.
Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with Manned Security departments and the Malawi Police Service.
Enhance branch security standards through proactive training, guidance, and operational support.
Serve as the Regional Health & Safety Representative, coordinating all safety initiatives and compliance efforts within the region.
Requirements & Competencies
Hold a Diploma in Business Management, Customer Services, or a related Security/Risk Management field.
Possess a valid Motorbike and/or Vehicle Driver’s License, essential for field mobility.
Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and digital reporting tools.
