Role Description

This is a full-time Administrative Assistant position located in Lilongwe, offering a hybrid work arrangement that includes options for remote work flexibility. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating and scheduling meetings, handling all correspondence, and ensuring meticulous record-keeping. Additional duties encompass providing high-level executive support, overseeing office supply management, and facilitating a seamless workflow for the team. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated proficiency in administrative assistance and clerical duties, including maintaining accurate records, managing schedules effectively, and overseeing office operations.
  • Strong executive administrative support and organizational capabilities, with the proven ability to manage confidential and time-sensitive information discreetly.
  • Effective communication skills and professional phone etiquette, capable of liaising competently with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keen attention to detail and the capacity to multitask efficiently within a dynamic environment.
  • Competence in relevant office software applications, such as the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior administrative experience is preferred, particularly within a financial or corporate setting.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
