Roles and Responsibilities

• Receiving parcels from customers
• Registering parcel details in the system
• Issuing receipts to customers
• Assisting customers with parcel inquiries
• Checking parcels before acceptance
• Ensuring prohibited items are not accepted
• Reporting missing or damaged parcels

Requirements

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
• Computer knowledge is required
• Good customer care skills
• Honest and responsible
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
