Location: Kaya Mawa, Lake Malawi

Kaya Mawa is a barefoot luxury island resort, and the food needs to be just as unforgettable as the view.

We’re looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver consistently exceptional dining, from beach lunches to elegant dinners under the stars.

This is a hands-on role for a calm, confident leader who runs a tight ship, mentors their team well, and brings creativity without losing the details.

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have strong Head Chef experience in high-end hospitality

• Lead with warmth, structure, and high standards

• Thrive in remote/island environments (and the logistics that come with it)

• Care about sustainability and thoughtful sourcing
