Primary Duties
- Cultivate and sustain enduring, strong connections with your existing clientele. Proactively monitor their sales momentum, ensuring timely replenishment orders and stock availability.
- Identify and onboard new clients possessing robust distribution potential, thereby enhancing the calibre of our customer portfolio.
- Facilitate client business expansion initiatives, contributing to their growth and, in turn, significantly boosting our company's market penetration and revenue.
- Stay abreast of evolving market trends through diligent research and data gathering. Produce comprehensive market reports and adapt regional strategies to align with prevailing market conditions.
- Oversee the entire client order lifecycle, from initial placement and logistics coordination to shipment, customs processing, and final delivery confirmation.
Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of three years' professional experience within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, coupled with a deep understanding of the Malawian FMCG landscape.
- Proficiency in navigating Malawi's import regulations and associated procedures.
- Extensive practical expertise in nurturing client relationships and acquiring new business. Prior experience engaging with and managing relationships with clients of Indian origin is a significant asset.
