Key Duties

• Work directly with the Business Development Director, contributing to crucial decision-making.
• Identify and inform leadership about new business niches, opportunities, and ideas.
• Develop a pipeline of potential new content creators and influencers across various industries and geographies.
• Ensure world-class prospect interaction in all engagements.
• Maintain meticulous records of lead interactions in the database and propose optimizations for the sales funnel.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in other European languages is a strong plus.
• Ability to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months, starting as soon as possible.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Demonstrated grit, drive, and a strong willingness to learn, maintaining high motivation despite potential rejections.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Possess a positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.

What You Will Get From This Experience

This is an unpaid, 6-month internship with the potential for a full-time contract extension. Interns will gain in-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Fiverr, UpWork), understand the mechanics of a company's Business Development department, and achieve independence in creating social media sales funnels. The role offers exposure to an early-stage tech startup environment, direct interaction and mentorship from founders, a meritocratic culture, potentially unlimited growth opportunities, and the chance to enhance communication, stakeholder management, and strategic abilities.
