Tipper Driver (2 Positions)

Zamani Holding Group, operating as Zamani Haulage, is seeking two experienced and reliable Heavy Goods Drivers to join its transport team. We are looking for highly motivated individuals capable of working with minimal supervision and making sound decisions in challenging environments.

Key Duties

• Operate tipper trucks safely and efficiently.
• Transport materials such as sand, stones, quarry, and soil.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (pre and post-trip).
• Ensure proper loading and offloading of materials.
• Maintain delivery records and trip sheets.
• Adhere to all road safety and traffic regulations.
• Immediately report mechanical faults and incidents.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper care of the assigned vehicle.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and the transport coordinator.
• Observe fuel control and minimize wastage.
• Comply with company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years proven experience driving tipper trucks.
• Valid Class C Driver’s Licence (mandatory).
• Must be physically fit and able to work long hours when required.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Experience in quarry, construction, or haulage operations is an advantage.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle checks and maintenance.
• Good communication skills.
• Highly motivated, disciplined, reliable, honest, and responsible individual.
• Capable of making sound decisions with minimal supervision.
• No serious traffic offence record.
• Knowledge of Lilongwe and surrounding routes is an added advantage.
