About Us
Central Poultry Limited (CP) is a Malawian multinational food company headquartered in Lilongwe. Founded in 2000, CP is the largest poultry producer in Malawi, with export networks across Southern Africa. The company is fully vertically integrated, managing the entire value chain from “egg to table”.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing depot-level live bird sales operations,
- Driving volume and revenue growth,
- Strengthening dealer and customer relationships,
- Overseeing logistics and market pricing,
- Ensuring efficient depot performance in line with company standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in poultry live sales/depot sales operations.
- Prior experience in Indian or African poultry markets is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of live bird market dynamics, pricing, and
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage depot teams and achieve sales targets
- Willingness to work in depot locations across Malawi
