Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Operations Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves leading daily logistics operations and driving overall efficiency. The successful candidate will manage regional sales representatives, dispatchers, drivers, riders, and warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and on-time delivery across all operations.

Core Duties

• Operational Management: Oversee all dispatch, pickup, and delivery activities, ensuring seamless coordination of operations.
• Route and Fleet Optimization: Utilize logistics software to develop and implement efficient routes for timely deliveries.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as delivery speed and accuracy, to ensure service excellence.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate staff to meet operational demands, making effective and timely decisions on urgent matters.
• Customer Service: Proactively resolve customer issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Process Improvement: Implement enhanced operational procedures and ensure rigorous compliance with industry best practices.
• Safety and Compliance: Uphold stringent health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards across all operations.
• Budgeting: Effectively control operational expenses and cultivate strong relationships with vendors.

Key Requirements

• Possess 2-5+ years of demonstrable experience in logistics, delivery, or transport management.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data analytics.
• Have proven experience in team management.
• Be proficient in the use of courier dispatch systems.
