Sales Development Representative (Remote)
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) passionate about delivering exceptional client value and driving top-of-funnel revenue growth. In this remote role, you will research prospective clients, identify target accounts, and initiate meaningful contact through various channels. Your primary objective will be to qualify leads and seamlessly hand them over to senior sales professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers across international markets.
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach campaigns via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messages.
- Assess prospective clients using defined qualification methodologies to understand their needs, budget, and buying readiness.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach activities, call notes, and pipeline stages within the CRM system.
- Provide continuous feedback to management on prospect objections, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Education: A degree certificate in a relevant field is required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development, telesales, or customer acquisition.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and digital communication platforms is necessary.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with clear and persuasive English speaking and writing abilities.
- Connectivity: A high-speed, reliable internet connection capable of handling heavy daily use, coupled with a backup power supply system, is mandatory.
