Atlanto Security Limited, a leading provider of professional security services, is seeking competent and disciplined Site Security Supervisors to oversee day-to-day security operations at its client sites. The ideal candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, and the ability to effectively supervise security officers in demanding operational environments.
Candidates without relevant security experience should not apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise security officers on site and ensure adherence to company procedures and client requirements.
Monitor attendance, alertness, and performance of security officers during all shifts.
Conduct routine inspections around the site and address any security lapses.
Prepare and submit daily security reports to management.
Assist in incident investigations and prepare incident reports.
Maintain discipline, enforce standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Serve as the primary point of contact between security officers and site management.
Ensure proper handover and deployment of security officers for day and night shifts.
Qualifications & Requirements
MSCE
Prior experience as a Security Supervisor within a reputable security company or similar environment.
Ex police experience an added advantage
Good communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prepare clear and accurate written reports.
High level of discipline, integrity, and reliability.
Ability to work under pressure and handle security incidents professionally.
